An Edwardian Halley's Comet pin in a silver tone metal with an early 1900's pin hinge and a tube catch. It features a foiled paste comet head and a star on the tail with 6 foiled pastes. It measures 6 cm long and is in excellent condition. Halley's Comet appeared in 1910 and caused quite a stir. Comet shaped souvenir jewelry was popular then. It will be back in 2061!
